Mandatory photograph of the animal:
To prepare the communication properly, it is essential to receive a recent photograph of the animal, with the face and eyes clearly visible, sent by email or WhatsApp at least 24 hours before the appointment.

The information provided concerns sensations, emotions, and needs, not clinical evaluations.

Responsibility for decisions remains with the guardian.

Upon special request only, I do not carry out communication with deceased animals.​
Payment:

For packages, a 50% advance payment is required after the first session, with the balance due at the final session.

Payments are accepted via bank transfer or TWINT.

After each session, you will receive a detailed invoice by email with the payment details.
