Mandatory photograph of the animal:
To prepare for the consultation properly, it is essential that you send a recent photograph of the animal with its muzzle and eyes clearly visible by email or WhatsApp at least 24 hours before the appointment.

Important information:
Intuitive communication does not replace veterinary visits or medical treatment.
It provides information about feelings, emotions and needs, not clinical assessments.
The owner remains responsible for decisions.
I do not communicate with deceased animals unless specifically requested.

Payment:
For packages, I require an advance payment of 50% after the first session, with the remaining balance payable at the final session.
I accept payments by bank transfer or TWINT.
You will receive a detailed invoice with the payment details by email after each session.

At the time of the appointment, I ask you to be:

• in a quiet place without interruptions

• in a calm and receptive state
