Every encounter with Nature is a dialogue born in the silence of the heart. In its forms, its gazes, and its rhythms, life speaks and invites us to listen.

This journal was born during a journey to Zambia, where the pace of exploration intertwines with intuitive listening and scientific observation. Among breathing landscapes, animals that teach, and storytelling skies, every experience becomes an opportunity for knowledge and wonder.

I write to share what I experience, what I discover, and what I feel because Nature is a master of balance, and every encounter with her is a form of mutual learning.

Amid vast spaces and opening skies, Nature speaks to me in a subtle voice. Every encounter, every wind, carries a message. This text is a fragment of one of those moments- an invitation to let yourself be enveloped by the flow of life, wherever you may be.

Sometimes, all it takes is to pause and let yourself be embraced by the breath of the world. In those moments of stillness, Nature speaks, and we can finally listen. This reflection was born that way: from a breath, from a breeze that brought clarity and gratitude.

Surrounded and enveloped, happily wrapped in a pure wind. A gentle breeze that refreshes the mind and clarifies emotions.

Vivid feelings. Authentic feelings.

Everything flows like a perpetual stream, following its unwavering rhythm. Birth and death follow one another as an inevitable reality. In this eternal movement, every form of life finds its place, its own heartbeat.

Nature reveals itself in all its simple grandeur, a constant call to Wonder.

Every color, every breath, every gaze that meets ours speaks of unity, of presence, of connection.

In this listening, the mind falls silent, and only feeling remains.

And in all of this, each at their own pace, with their own priorities and sensitivities, walks through life as part of its very breath.

Taking the time to honor what is necessary, to welcome transformation, to allow yourself to be moved through.

This, perhaps, is what it means to live: letting yourself be enveloped by Wonder, serenely, joyfully, simply.
