Observe without judging, from the micro to the giant

I invite you to read this poem slowly, observing every detail of the images and letting yourself be transported by wonder.
Wonder.
Amazed by the beauty
which proves to be precious
when you relax and let yourself fall
in the present moment,
observing without judging.
Wonder that breathes in everything,
from small to giant,
from seed to majestic walking creature.
In bacteria that sleep in the soil and wake up when the rain wets the soil,
releasing their subtle aroma into the air,
promise of life.
And in the giants – elephants, hippos – who live fully to the rhythm of the seasons,
following the breath of the earth,
and they simply let themselves live,
full of Presence,
entirely rooted in their body,
currently available,
as they are, here and now.
Wonder.
In every breath,
in any form,
in every moment that you let yourself be.
