I invite you to read this poem slowly, observing every detail of the images and allowing yourself to be carried by wonder.
Wonder.
In awe of beauty
that reveals itself as precious
when you relax and let yourself fall
into the present moment,
observing without judging.
Wonder that breathes in everything,
from the small to the giant,
from the seed to the majestic creature that walks.
In the bacteria that sleep in the soil and awaken when rain moistens the earth,
releasing their subtle aroma into the air,
a promise of life.
And in the giants – elephants, hippos – who live fully to the rhythm of the seasons,
following the breath of the earth,
and simply allow themselves to live,
full of Presence,
fully rooted in their bodies,
available to the moment,
just as they are, here and now.
Wonder.
In every breath,
in every form,
in every moment that is allowed to be.
